Recipe for ginger oatmeal cookies:
- 4oz self raising flour
- 4oz oats
- 6oz butter
- 2oz sugar
- tbsp syrup
- tsp ginger
Mix it all together
Put some dollops on a baking tray
Squish them with a fork
Bake at gas mark 3 until they are done
